• No cash refund. Only Credit voucher will be provided.
  • We will gladly accept any unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags within 15 Days of purchase for an exchange.
  • Item bought on SALE CANNOT be exchanged.
  • Item can be exchanged through the Dispatch process.
  •  Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier  on his own expense to our address.
  •  Exchange Voucher of the item’s invoice value will be given to the customer asking for an exchange after we receive the parcel.
  • Refund only in case of faulty or defected product has been received and we do not have a replacement product.
